why I am taking french

i am taking french because i didn't want to be like everyone else taking Spanish and i wanted a challenge from myself. i heard that french is a hard language to learn and i already know a little Spanish so i decided that french was the right choice. Mandarin seemed like it would be a little boring to me because in middle school we already learned Japanese and i didn't like it. i do really like french and i cant wait to visit France. i wish to travel a lot in my life and France may just be the inspiration i need to travel to other places.
